The engagement party was a disaster, even though we paid twice the usual market price and had high expectations. The floors were wet and muddy despite the venue being covered, and our clothes got ruined as we danced. It was freezing inside with no heating. The manager seemed clueless, the sound system was broken, and the photographer dropped the camera three times on the wet floor. They brought new speakers in halfway through, but problems kept getting in the way. Don't pick this place for a special day thinking a higher price means better service.

We had a lovely view from the hotel's beautiful spot right by the beach. The reception staff were welcoming, helpful, and friendly, and both the rooms and food were hygienic. Our room had an issue with the hot water, so we couldn't use the jacuzzi, but they moved us to another room later. A great hotel for a relaxing holiday.

We were greeted with smiles, and the reception team showed wonderful care and quality. The restaurant food was excellent in both taste and quality. I'd recommend it to everyone. 70 out of 70, of course.

It was a special day for our family, and the agreement said everything would be perfect. Instead, water kept leaking through the roof, and the sound system was incredibly bad.

My wife and I have stayed at a lot of hotels in Kocaeli, and this was our favorite. The sea view, jacuzzi, and clean room were fantastic. They looked after us so well, and we'll definitely keep it on our list of places to return to.
