Justiniano Beach

The food was delicious, with a huge range of international dishes, and I’d recommend the all-inclusive option. I had internet on my phone, though several people in my group complained that the Wi-Fi signal wasn’t strong. We came for the sun and beach, not to spend our time looking at screens. It was one of the best times of my life, so I’d give it a 5++.

The beach and swimming pool were excellent, and the animation team was really good. Our room was very clean, the staff were friendly, and there was lots of good food to choose from. Everything about the hotel was excellent.

The annex building is beside a drainage line, which brought mosquitoes. The street was extremely loud, so sleeping was difficult, and the AC didn’t work. The furniture was broken, though the bathroom was shining. Our room was filthy. The floor stayed sticky, probably because of the cleaning chemical, and there was dust all under the bed. When I complained, the cleaning staff wiped it with a dirty mop, which didn’t help at all. I complained again and a woman came to clean the floor, but she was very unfriendly and left banging the door. The next day there was piss in the wardrobe. We couldn’t believe what we were seeing. It was hard to walk barefoot in the room because of the dirty floor.

The animation was excellent, the beach was amazing, and the food at the hotel was fantastic. Thank you, kadooo, for looking after us ❤️ 💕 ♥️
