The location worked perfectly for me, close to the beach and city centre, and I really enjoyed my two weeks here. Reception staff were helpful, especially Kerim, who knew Serbian well. The cleaning lady came every day, and the rooms were neat and clean. The food was very tasty, though repetitive, and chef Sinan made everyone feel welcome and appreciated. I’d definitely visit again.

The rooms were cleaned every 2-3 days. The beach was nice and the staff were generally fine, but the chef really spoiled the experience for me. He brought people from outside into the restaurant and pushed tables together for them, even though they weren’t hotel guests. Those of us who’d paid for all-inclusive were left standing around, hoping a seat would open up. That’s why I’m giving the hotel only two stars.

We’re on day five of our stay, and so far we really recommend the hotel. It’s clean, which matters most to me, and the food has been excellent. Kerim is very kind, as are the kitchen staff. Beach sunbeds, umbrellas, and towels are free. My only small suggestion is to have more clean towels in the rooms. Everything else has been perfect! 😍❤️🔥

I’m taking home lovely memories from our summer holiday here. The rooms were very clean, and staff changed the sheets and towels every day. The food was tasty and varied. The guys working there never seem to stop, and they’ll bring you whatever you ask for. I’d highly recommend staying here. Big greetings! ❤️

The spa at Kandelor was so good that we went back several times during our stay. It was clean, relaxing, and beautifully arranged, and we left each visit feeling refreshed. The staff made it especially memorable. Thanks to Ekrem, Zeki, Tina, and Rubi for being kind and professional, welcoming us straight away, and taking such care with each treatment. They clearly cared about making guests comfortable. My family had a wonderful time at the hotel, and I’d recommend the spa to anyone wanting a relaxing, high-quality way to treat themselves. We’d happily return.
