The food was wonderful, and the staff were friendly and really focused on helping guests. Our room was clean and roomy, with a pleasant balcony. The pool bar music could use more variety and be turned down a bit.

I stayed next door at Diamore during my holiday, and it was a really nice place. I only ate at Karat Hotel, but the food was good and there was plenty to choose from. :D

Avoid this place. The lifts kept breaking down and weren’t fixed, and the Wi-Fi wasn’t free as the booking information said. Our bedding and towels weren’t changed during the 10 days we were there. The tablecloths were filthy and never replaced. Food was reheated two days in a row, while the barbecue food was raw. Staff were miserable, ignorant, and plain rude. The chef and other staff smoked while preparing food. Absolutely vile. This place should be shut down immediately.

The pool was amazing and the food was delicious. Rooms were comfortable too. The staff were really friendly and always smiling. Love you Karat 😙

The all inclusive drinks were good, but the food was terrible. The hotel itself was really okay.
