Kleopatra Sahara Otel

The price was reasonable, and the beach is right next door, which made the location a real plus. We stayed three days as a family. Our air-conditioned room was quite outdated and had no refrigerator. Towels weren’t there at first, so we had to ask, and the rooms weren’t cleaned while we were there. Fresh towels came only every four days. We’d booked breakfast as an extra, but it was very basic. If comfort, cleanliness, and hygiene matter a lot to you, this hotel probably won’t make you happy.

The rooms were noisy, and there was barely any room service during our 12 days. Breakfast was meager, and for things like boiled eggs you sometimes had to arrive right on time before they were gone. A cat once ate from the buffet. The price was reasonable, though there were much better hotels in Alanya for the same amount that year.

The hotel isn't new, but I think it’s worth the price. The location is good, with the sea and a lovely beach nearby, and shops within walking distance. Staff were friendly, and although the food wasn’t varied, it was tasty and always fresh. I liked everything. Thank you.

The rooms are spacious, the food is hygienic, and the prices are reasonable. It’s also close to the sea. The staff were attentive, especially Mr. Ali Efe, who helped us a lot. We were very pleased and would recommend the hotel.
