The location made it easy to enjoy the area. Kleopatra Beach is about 50 meters away, with shops nearby for clothes, beachwear, and excursions. I booked my excursion with TUI. There's a large supermarket 20 meters behind the hotel, an ATM across the street, and a parasailing office close by. The pool is lovely for unwinding after a day out. I was traveling alone at 25, and the staff were so attentive to my safety and comfort. They offered useful advice about Alanya and helped with questions about deals, restaurants, and what to watch out for. Right from arrival they made me feel welcome, showed me to my room, and explained everything. I felt genuinely looked after and protected, which was a wonderful start to my holiday. Breakfast was great, especially the omelettes, and I liked being able to choose what I wanted. I'd stayed at another hotel in Alanya, but preferred the food at Kleopatra Tuna Hotel, it was fresh and made to order. I can't say enough about how lovely everyone was. I even cried when leaving. You'll feel at home among kind, genuine people here, and it's a lovely mix of comfort, warmth, and a great location. I don't think you'd regret staying at Kleopatra Tuna Hotel.

We felt really well cared for the whole time. The staff were polite, welcoming, and always ready to help, and the service was impeccable. It was a great hotel with an atmosphere that made it easy to relax. We'd definitely recommend it to other travelers.

We have lovely memories of Tuna Hotel, which is why we decided to return after twenty years. Our first stay was in 2004, on our honeymoon. When the bus pulled up late at night, two energetic young men jumped on and whisked me away. They'd apparently heard a newlywed couple was arriving, and it was such a fun surprise. We were even offered a late-night snack as soon as we got there. The hotel was clean, practical, and well maintained, with friendly staff who made everything run smoothly. The one drawback was how far it was from the city center, which made exploring harder. The beach nearby was also quite rocky and not the best for swimming.

The location was lovely, very close to the beach, and the rooms all looked freshly renovated, clean, and nice. But our biggest thanks go to the staff. Sunny and Gökhan in the hotel administration made Turkey feel like home. They sorted out every question and request very quickly, which was amazing. I could tell the whole staff was like one big, friendly family, and they made our vacation fantastic. This is a very friendly and comfortable hotel, and I'd definitely come back.
