10/10
The staff were friendly and accommodating, and made sure our needs were met. I felt well looked after, with thoughtful details throughout the room. The bed was so comfortable, and the decor and amenities struck a nice balance between luxury and comfort. From the elegant lobby to the room itself, everything made for a thoroughly indulgent stay. I highly recommend it.

The staff were really friendly, and the suite was lovely, big, and brand new. Breakfast was only table service, though, not the buffet we expected, so it was just okay. The hotel isn't in the center or really near anything yet. It seems to be in a newly developing area, so hopefully it becomes a central spot soon.

The hotel is beautiful, with spacious rooms, and the management are kind and cooperative. Unfortunately, the food wasn't up to the required standard, and room service wasn't good either. I'd suggest hiring people with more experience or training the current staff in hotel work. That could add real value. Wishing you all the best.

The rooms are super clean, the service is high quality, and the price is reasonable. The management are extremely nice too. Falaylar is a great place to stay, and I think it'll remain my choice when I visit lovely Mardin again.
