We were grateful for how understanding the staff at Ikiz Konak Hotel were when a winter storm in New England forced us to postpone our February trip by a few days. They let us move our stay without a fee, though I don't know if that depends on availability or the busy season. Another hotel we used in Sultanahmet charged us a significant rebooking fee, so this meant a lot. We really enjoyed the hotel itself too. It was clean and cozy, the staff were kind and helpful, and the radiator worked well during the cold weather. It's a good location for exploring the less touristy Kadikoy area, and you can walk to Moda and other neighborhoods. There's also a no-frills Hamam nearby.

The rooms get lots of natural light and are spacious, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast is a classic Turkish one, for an extra 8 euros, and there are two coffee shops a block away. Laundry service is around the corner. The hotel service was friendly and helpful, and English is spoken. It's a lovely little place close to shops, cafes, restaurants, ferries, and the bustle of Kadakoy. Highly recommend it.

Slept like a baby here, it was so clean and quiet. The staff were really friendly, and there was free coffee and tea around the clock. They refilled the room water generously every day. The interior is really cute, and room 17 has a great balcony.

We came as a family of six and had two lovely, comfortable rooms, one family room for four and a standard room for two. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful with our questions and requests. This charming boutique hotel in Kadikoy felt like home. We definitely recommend it!

We had a great couple of nights here and would definitely return. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. It's handy for the ferry and surrounded by cafes and restaurants, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We only wished we could have stayed longer.
