We enjoyed our time here. There’s a door leading to the beach, and the atmosphere is lovely. The place has great security, pools, a good gym, and a children’s playroom. It also has a restaurant, though it wasn’t open in November.
One of the best residential complexes in Mahmutlar, but think carefully before renting here. Even if you rent an apartment, a security guard may throw you out of the pool, and the same goes for the spa. They’re for residents only.
I loved the view and surroundings, and the pool was good. The beach was nice too, though a little rocky, which wasn’t a deal breaker. The reception staff were rude and disrespectful, and I hated that. I would’ve given five stars if not for the reception.
The pool is clean and a good size, and the location is very convenient, close to the beach and Migros. You can rent a car nearby and visit Sapadere Canyon.
A great place to live, and the staff are very nice to us residents. Everything’s here, including a great spa, indoor and outdoor pools, a lovely beach, and a tunnel that leads to it.
