We came from Side to Alanya this morning for our booking tonight, only to be told at check-in that the hotel had shut ten days earlier. That’s disgusting. I hope we can get our money back.

This place needs to be rebuilt. The building is old, everything is falling apart, and it badly needs renovation. Even the suspended ceilings have been taken out. There’s no elevator, and the sink is an old flat wall-mounted one with no legs, with a mirror that looks like it’s from Atatürk’s time. It should be demolished and rebuilt.

The air conditioner didn’t work, and we had to wait for a replacement battery for its remote. Worse, our room was filthy when we got it, with hair in the toilet and sand on the sheets. We asked for it to be cleaned, but after 3-4 hours away it still hadn’t been done. Definitely avoid this place.
