The location is good, and the included breakfast and dinner were the only good parts of our stay. The food was nice. A girl working there was also genuinely kind and helpful. The rest left a lot to be desired. We had to book at the last minute because everywhere else was full. We came to Alanya by bus, and an employee promised to pick us up and take us back to the station. They did pick us up, but when it was time to return, they said they don’t drop people off, despite the promise. There was no private beach area like the website showed. The room wasn’t clean. There was a half-full bottle in the mini-fridge, which didn’t work, and dust all over the floor. The fridge itself was dirty. We also found a cockroach in the bathroom and asked reception for help. The response was, “Just close the bathroom door and you’ll be fine.” I know roaches are common in this climate, but that’s no way to handle it. At least act like you’re trying to fix the problem. At dinner, two staff members argued about plates or something in front of guests. It didn’t feel professional. We didn’t plan to use the pool, so it wasn’t a big deal for us, but it was full of kids and would be hard to use if you wanted a swim. It’s a family hotel.

The beds, pillows and blankets were disgustingly dirty, and the room smelled bad. I booked at 2 am for six hours just to sleep, but the smell kept me awake. This is a very bad hotel. I’d recommend sleeping outside rather than here.

The staff and reception were friendly and attentive, and Mr. Mevlüt deserves thanks for looking after us. We were very pleased with this value-for-money hotel, which worked well for families and exceeded our expectations. We stayed in a double room. The sheets were spotless, and it had a mini-fridge and air conditioning. The room was perfectly adequate. I’d been worried about breakfast, but it was good and more than enough.

The service was absolutely terrible. Breakfast was the only thing included in the payment, and they didn’t provide it. When I asked why, they gave the ridiculous explanation that nobody had come down for breakfast that day. There wasn’t even toilet paper or napkins in the room.
