The beach is right outside the hotel, and the food was probably the best part: lots to choose from and really good. I stayed for a week, found nothing to complain about, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend it.

Our superior room was lovely, with a fantastic view, and housekeeping kept it fresh and spotless. The cleaner was so kind and caring that we shared a big hug when we left. We had two swimming pools with comfortable sunbeds, but chose the slightly stony beach instead. With shoes it was fine, and there were always free sunbeds and umbrellas. The beach team were ready to help when needed. What made Monart City Hotel special for our family was how people treated our daughter, who has some difficulty walking. The beach bar staff helped carry things and provided a chair for her each day. Ridvan in the restaurant also opened doors and looked after her. We haven't experienced such thoughtful care, especially for someone with special needs. Heidy was another standout, warm-hearted, helpful, and lovely. The reception team welcomed us, and everyone else we met was kind and friendly. We really felt like part of a family. The meals were varied and delicious. We especially liked the sweets and grilled meats from the outdoor grill, along with the fish, seafood, vegetarian choices, salads, and sauces. At the snack bar there was pasta, pizza, and other snacks, served with smiles. The chef was funny and friendly, and all the staff worked hard to make guests happy. We stayed for two weeks, from 10th to 23rd August, as a family of three. We'd recommend this place for its comfort, food, and caring service, and will definitely return to Monart City Hotel.

There was so much to explore that I barely had time to sunbathe, so it's a great fit if you don't want to spend your whole trip sitting around the hotel. You can take the bus to the city center or enjoy the walk, and there are plenty of scooters on the street if you download the app. The location is fantastic. The food was delicious, with dishes from all over the world. After 10 days I still hadn't tried everything, and I didn't dislike a single dish. The chefs did a great job. Staff were friendly, and most spoke at least basic German, Russian, or English. It wasn't crowded, even during the May holiday period, so finding a sunbed or restaurant table was easy. The place was peaceful, with mostly retirees staying there. There were no drunk people or bar queues, and the music was great, mostly hits from the ’70s, ’80s, and ’90s. The price was very reasonable: for a week and a half I paid less than for earlier one-week stays at 5-star hotels in other Riviera towns, where there was nothing to do apart from shop at the market. I was surprised by the negative comments about service or food, since everything was perfect during my stay. I'll definitely return on my next trip to Turkey.
