Apart-Otel Pasham Residence

I stayed for 12 days, from August 8th to 20th, and it was really good. The apartment has clearly been renovated recently. It's right in the center, but still quiet, and you can walk to everything. The owners are very friendly, and someone's always around if you need anything. I can only recommend it, and I'll be back :)

The owner was a great help with questions about transfers, shops, and other things. This is a new apartment block in a central location, with large, clean, modern rooms and a swimming pool. Highly recommend.

We were so pleased that they let us keep the room until 6:00 PM on departure day while we waited for our transfer. Kemal, the owner, was always available and sorted out questions quickly. Ahmed greeted us warmly and showed us to the room, and we were checked in as soon as we arrived, earlier than expected. The owner had even contacted us the day before to ask when we'd get there. We stayed at Pasham from July 31st to August 11th and loved everything. It's an apartment-style hotel, with a kitchen, living room, separate bedroom, and a large shower and toilet. The living room opens onto a balcony, and the bedroom has a big bed with a very comfortable mattress. It was clean, bright, and cozy, with new furniture, a TV, and all the cutlery needed in the kitchen. The wide balcony had cicadas chirping, a pleasant touch during the stay. There's a small pool on the grounds with enough space for everyone. Cleopatra Beach is about 350 meters away. On the way you'll pass Bim and Migros, cafes, restaurants, and a funicular that takes you up the mountain to the fortress, with lovely views of Alanya, the coast, and surrounding mountains. The apartment is right in central Alanya, five minutes on foot from the best beach and next to Damlataş Cave. There's a small courtyard pool that's very clean and gets cleaned daily. The owner was always available, gave useful advice, and answered questions quickly. Before the trip I was worried about a separate utility bill, but for nine days it came to only a little over $10. My wife and I stayed at this lovely residence in August 2024. I'd spent a long time looking for a vacation apartment, and finding this one was a delight. There were so many positive reviews that I was surprised, but after moving in I understood the lack of negative ones. It looked even better in person than in the already beautiful photos. The new furniture and appliances were thought through down to the details, including an electric stove, hood, and washing machine. The kitchen had everything needed to make lunch with ingredients from the fish market, a seven-minute walk away. We loved the mattress and pillows, the comfortable sofa, and the big balcony facing the quiet courtyard. Thanks for a wonderful holiday. We'll definitely return to these beautiful apartments.
