Özpınarkent site is a beautiful, peaceful place about 200 meters from the sea. Getting around is easy, with the main minibus stop right out front. As another person mentioned, the name is Özpınarkent site, not Hasan Berat.

Just to correct the name: I own a house on this site, and its correct name is Özpınarkent Site. Please update it. It's almost right on the sea, with only one plot of land in between. Hasan Berat Site was the name used when the landowners originally operated it. It was called Özpınarkent from the start as a cooperative. There are 139+1 houses, plenty of oxygen and good neighbors.
