My Beach Hotel Kusadasi

I spent nine days here before and after surgery, and the staff took really good care of me. They’re super friendly and couldn’t do enough. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the hotel was very clean. The pool is a lovely place to relax, though I’m not sure what it’s like in peak season. It’s an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops, with two supermarkets very close by. The beach is well maintained. I didn’t eat at the hotel, so I can’t comment on the food. I ate at the cafe next door. I’d definitely recommend it and would come back.

Girls, don’t go alone. I called ahead, and after the manager offered a discount, I chose this hotel. I liked my room enough to want to stay another night. That evening, an older staff member said they could match another hotel’s price and let me keep the room for 800 TL, so I agreed. But when I went to pay in the morning, the manager was incredibly rude. He brought up the earlier discount in a condescending way and sounded annoyed, saying things like, “I already gave you a discount.” I understand if he didn’t want to offer one, but no one had forced him. Any mistake could have been discussed politely. Instead, he was extremely hostile, and at one point I felt he might become physically aggressive.

I’ve stayed here several times. It’s only a few steps from the beach, and some rooms have a sea view. The man who manages the hotel is nice, and the staff are friendly and do their work with a smile.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, though damp and smelling like a previous guest might have smoked in it. We were on the first floor. The shower drain backed up, and both the inside handle on the main door and the shower door were broken. The pool isn’t for swimming, which was the main reason we booked this place, so that was really disappointing. It could be an amazing gem, but it hasn’t been looked after well.
