Villa Ephesus Hotel

There are quite a few stairs to climb to reach the hotel, but it's so worth it. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and breakfast was a feast of tastes. We ended up staying here on our tour of Turkey after our original hotel was changed. How lucky were we? I'd return tomorrow if I had the chance!

We booked at the last minute after problems with the hotel we'd reserved, and the reception staff helped us get two lovely rooms with an amazing view. The rooms are stylish and beautifully arranged. A small pool is a big plus for cooling off on hot days, especially since you don't often find one in small old town hotels. Breakfast was delicious, traditional and fresh. The rooftop bar is beautiful, and the cocktails were great, served by a very nice bartender. The staff are professional and friendly, and their English is excellent, especially for this part of Turkey, where we'd stayed in hotels where almost nobody spoke proper English. There are a bunch of stairs to reach the Villa, so anyone with walking difficulties should take that into consideration. I really recommend staying here.

Such a friendly atmosphere, with very polite staff. It's a perfect boutique hotel, and each room has its own story. A must-see.

Villa Ephesus gave us a very special stay. It's a quaint little hotel on a hill above Kusadasi, with amazing views of the sea and city. The hotel is exquisitely decorated, and the staff were super friendly and efficient. Okra, the manager and designer, Fukram, the barman, and the rest of the team were all lovely.
