Eliada Hotel

My family loved the hotel, and the restaurant was outstanding. The outdoor dining area may be the best around, with a great atmosphere and food that was high quality, beautifully presented and cooked just right. The blackened sea bass was especially good. The location is handy for the harbor and shopping districts, right by the old town, though parking can be a problem. There’s a nearby garage that charged 200 lira overnight. Nights can be noisy because of the location, which is typical for hotels in this area. The tap water is salty, and I assume that’s the case for tap water throughout the town. The staff were incredibly helpful.

The location is good, with the harbor on one side, the bus terminal on the other, and the market right out front. The kitchen lady was friendly and helpful. Room cleaning fell short: soap, water and the tea or coffee kit weren’t replenished, and the floor mat disappeared after the first day. They provided soap, ear buds, shampoo and shower caps, but didn’t replace them during our three-day stay. There’s no elevator, so you have to carry your own luggage. Reception helped us at check-in, but we were on our own at checkout.

Everything is within walking distance, and the hotel is right at the start of the pedestrian area. Many thanks to the afternoon receptionist for being kind and ready to help us.

We had a fantastic stay from October 5th to 13th and will definitely return. The weather was lovely, with sunshine, a few clouds, no rain, and temperatures from 25-30 degrees Celsius. The hotel is right in the center of Kusadasi, at an ideal location, 10/10. The shopping streets are an easy stroll away, and the boulevard is about a ten-minute walk. The beach is farther out, but the local bus makes it easy and is super cheap. The place is modern and beautifully decorated. There’s a stunning rooftop terrace with lovely views of Kusadasi, and a clean, quiet pool with comfortable sunbeds. We were warmly welcomed and our luggage was brought up to the room. Just be aware there’s no elevator. We were on half-board. Breakfast was good and had the usual things, though the selection wasn’t extensive. Dinner was a set three-course menu each evening with no choices. Without half-board, you can order from the à la carte menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner, which has plenty of options. There are also lots of great restaurants nearby.
