The rooms were a complete disaster. After an hour of arguing, they gave me a refund and we left. The woman who took my reservation said she'd forgotten to tell us the pool was closed, and also hadn't mentioned that she'd booked a standard room instead of a family room. What a fantastic response. I still haven't received the refund. Does anyone actually get to use the pool at this hotel? One person says it's being renovated, another says it's empty and won't be filled. Congratulations.

We had a lovely, clean holiday and everything was great. I definitely recommend the hotel. Thanks to the manager, Mr. Sercan, for his care and attention.

We went as a family and thought the hotel offered very good value for the price. The staff were helpful, and it's a family-run place managed by a husband and wife.

They advertise this city-center hotel as “new,” but I think it has only changed owners. The elevator was broken when we arrived, and the pool was closed. Neither issue had been mentioned when we booked. They claim to have parking, but there isn't any. Our fifth-floor room was dirty, damp, and humid, so we immediately asked to cancel and get a refund. It took four hours of waiting, and finding someone in charge was difficult. I wouldn't recommend the place at all. It's the first establishment I've ever rated one star.

I found the service and price very reasonable, and nowhere else in central Kuşadası is as quiet and peaceful. I don't understand the inaccurate and incomplete comments about this place. If you care so much about yourself and your money, there are plenty of luxurious, high-quality places to stay. I suggest going there. People should respect others' efforts.
