The only decent facility was the pool. The gym and indoor pool they advertise were both empty and filthy. The property looked perfect in photos, but reality was awful. Our room was dusty and smelly, and the couch had dirty marks. The bathroom smelled like sewage, and the leaking water heater left us having to clean up water ourselves. Service was nonexistent. We asked for an extra bed for our child and got a mattress on the floor, with sheets and a pillow stuffed into a black trash bag. When we requested cleaning, staff said it would cost 100Euro, an outrageous price, so we cleaned the room ourselves. The location is far from everything, and having a car is the only way it works.

Serkan was a great host, and the team were helpful in making our stay the best. We had a fantastic, spacious apartment and enjoyed the delicious breakfast. There are indoor and outdoor pools, plus beautiful scenery with lovely views of both sunset and sunrise.

We spent six days here, and the location is amazing, with easy access to Kusadasi. The staff are very friendly, and it's worth staying. The weak Wi-Fi barely gave us internet, and the bathroom in our suite was neglected.

The houses are nice, were newly built in 2019, and have a beautiful view. The location is a little far from Kusadasi, so you'll need a car. It's about a 15-minute drive to the shopping mall. In Sogucak you can order or pick up borek and fresh breakfast. There's also a shared swimming pool for the houses. At night the temperature is pleasant, so you don't need air conditioning.

The apartments were spacious, with a nice view, strong water pressure, and a clean pool. They’re close to the beaches and the park with wild boars, and parking is free. The staff were helpful, there’s a barbecue area, and the furniture and appliances are nearly new. I’d recommend the place and plan to come back myself.
