The rooms are quite nice, but the bathroom was another matter. The shower head was terrible, wiring hung loose from the wall, though it seemed safe, and with only one shower door the rest of the bathroom got soaked. The water was warm but never hot. My biggest problem was the rooftop nightclub, which I don't remember seeing advertised. I think it ran three nights a week. I was on the third floor, and the bass vibrated through the building. The music from the tannery area below never came close to the rooftop volume. The “more” takes away the rest. Advertise the night cl7b so people know what to expect. The image shows the beautiful tannery area below the hotel.

The receptionist Mehlet, sorry if I've spelled it wrong, was lovely. Our first room had a tree blocking the amazing sea view, and she helped us find another. The room was spacious, newly renovated, and the AC worked properly. Breakfast and service from all the staff were good. The pool is small but nice and was working well. The hot tub still needs a few small renovations before it's ready. It would be handy if the rooftop bar opened so guests could get drinks and light snacks while sunbathing. The sauna and steam room cost extra, though it would be nice to have them included. Massages and treatments should of course still be paid for. Maybe a sauna and steam room could be added upstairs near the pool. The location is a little farther out, but you can walk to the old town and marina. Thanks for making our stay great, guys. The music made it impossible to rest. One rooftop club went until 1 a.m., and another beside it carried on until 3. We sat outside waiting for it to stop so we could go to bed. This was a nightmare, not a holiday, and we couldn't stay until our scheduled departure. We had to run away from that hole. I've travelled a lot, but I've never seen staff and management care so little about guests. The service was the worst I've experienced anywhere. They didn't change towels because they simply didn't have enough for everyone, and the room wasn't cleaned.

The place is disgusting, and I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here. The open-air cafeteria on the roof has a nightclub, with extremely loud music every day. Don't expect to rest at this hotel until at least 1:30 a.m., when they turn the music down. It felt like being at a gypsy wedding I never chose to attend.

The rooftop pool and bar were amazing, and the hotel was absolutely gorgeous. It's close to the marina, with its lovely restaurants, and to the beach. Everything was clean, and the staff were friendly and really helpful. A lovely place. We'd definitely recommend it and will come back. Thanks for a lovely stay.
