Mursel Pansiyon Garden Hotel

Excellent.

We went in August as two families and found two old, grumpy managers who seemed to have no motivation. At one point, while our children were in the pool, a woman came to pour in chlorine. When we asked why, she replied, “You’ve been in the pool since morning.” The hotel was already empty and dirty. Don’t regret going there. Don’t pay people who don’t deserve to be business owners.

We’d shared the place’s details with a friend who was supposed to arrive later and stay with us, but things went wrong and they got there at 9 am. We were packing up our tent to leave when the lady told us our friend had used the hammock and we had to pay for it. They’d only waited while we showered, got ready, and packed. They didn’t put up a tent or use the toilet or shower, or anything else. I paid the full price for a day’s tent stay just to stop the argument, even though they hadn’t stayed at all. They liked the place and planned to stay later, but that’s not happening now. It’s a business worth 400 lira.

We stayed for one day, just six of us, five adults and a child, and loved the atmosphere. Cennet’s attention and conversation were wonderful, and she was so helpful. We also used the pool. The only trouble was the bathroom water: it wouldn’t get warm, or else it was either boiling or ice cold. Otherwise, we had no problems and wished we could have stayed longer. Greetings to Cennet, she’s made the place feel like paradise.
