Numa Konaktepe Hotel

We could always find a sunbed, and the beach transfers ran on the timetable, despite some reviews saying they didn't operate. Reception handled a small issue when we arrived very well. There was a good choice of food, especially near the beach bar where they had a pizza oven. The hotel and staff were excellent, and it was very good value. We had an excellent holiday.

Naci and Ozcan, the guest relation managers, were always smiling, kind, and helpful, making sure we had what we needed. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and there were lots of delicious food choices each day. We also loved the lovely, relaxing pool area, with the beach just a short walk away. One of my best holidays ever at Numa Konaktepe Hotel. I'll definitely return!

The breakfast got a little repetitive, though there was a large choice of food at the other meals. The beach section included in the stay was rather rocky, but its pool and bar were great. The hotel was really clean and comfortable, with a family pool area as well as a separate quiet pool with no kids. For what we paid, it was outstanding, and we'd definitely return.

The main thing to watch out for with young children is the pool by the beach. The chemicals were very strong, and my son got sores, though it didn't spoil the holiday. The hotel also has nearby shops and a pharmacy, about a five-minute walk away, and a shuttle to the beach every hour. A few hours during the day, the cafe serves all-inclusive ice cream and cakes. The buffet was great every day, with lots of different dishes and condiments. Huge thanks to the catering team, especially the head chef, who went above and beyond for my son. The snack bar lady worked cheerfully and served us well, even in what must be a hot kiosk. From the cleaners, who did an excellent job daily and always greeted us politely, to the bar staff who had time for a chat and gave great service, everyone made us feel welcome. The entertainment team stopped for a chat too, and staff greeted and joked with the kids so they felt included. Reception were helpful with anything we needed. The bars offered all-inclusive beer, liqueurs, whiskey, and vodka, with water, juice, and coffee at dispensers around the grounds. Our holiday was great from beginning to end. Thanks for making it such a friendly, relaxing family stay. I'd recommend it, and we'll be back.
