The owners seem attentive, and the service is good. Breakfast was good too, though I wouldn't call it bad. But the hotel feels old and dirty. The toilets and floors look clean, yet the curtains and other things are worn out, and the duvets probably aren't being laundered. It could be run reasonably well, but the price doesn't make it particularly affordable, so the place needs improvement.
Thank you to the hotel management and staff for their care and attention. In Şanlıurfa, this is a place where the historical and natural surroundings help you feel peaceful and safe.
Right in the city center, the location is nice. Breakfast was good, and the cleaning was okay, though washing hadn't removed the stains on the sheets. The rooms are old, and the TV in my room didn't work. That didn't bother us, and it was fine for a one-night stay.
When I stayed for 3 days in 2019, the building already seemed a little old. In Urfa, though, we tend to overlook the negatives. Breakfast was weak.
Loved the food, the atmosphere, and the entertainment. Absolutely fantastic.
