I arrived alone in cold December with a high fever, and Mr Fuat took such kind care of me. He went above and beyond to make my four-day stay comfortable, and I got much better. I also made a wonderful friend, and I'll definitely visit Urfa again Insya Allah to stay at this wonderful hotel and continue that friendship. The hotel and room were immaculately clean and beautiful, full of historic charm, and close to all the significant places and attractions. Very highly recommended. Thank you, Mr Fuat, and special thanks to Gazel Butik Otel. 🙏

The rooms felt clean and true to the old town's boutique hotel style, and the owner and staff were friendly. Gazel is right by Sanliurfa's main old town sights, which made the location a real highlight. I stayed for two nights during the Covid-19 pandemic and paid much less than the usual rate, so I can't judge the general value for money. I'd recommend it especially for where it is.

We paid a lot for what we got. Breakfast was just cold bread, butter, and coffee that had been reheated. Most of our stay, we had no power, and management did nothing to fix it. The rooms were pitiful. A terrible hotel.

The staff kept trying to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. Our room was warm and clean, and the old city was close enough that getting around was quick. A very nice hotel.

From upstairs, where breakfast is served, you can see the hot air balloons. The hotel is close to town and easy to reach on foot, with plenty of restaurants nearby and shops selling souvenirs.
