You could hear people talking in the rooms next door, above, and below as if they were in your own room. There was no sound insulation. I can’t comment on dinner since we didn’t have any, but breakfast was standard and good. The woman who made it was friendly and helpful, and the receptionist was just as kind. The bathroom and toilet were very dirty, and the towels, linens, and pillows were a huge disappointment if you care about cleanliness. Thank goodness I brought my own sheets, pillowcases, and towels.

We all loved the breakfast, which was incredibly tasty and had lots of variety. I stayed here for one day during a GAP trip, and the rooms were spotless with staff who were very attentive. Thanks to the hotel manager, all the staff, and especially the women in the kitchen. I highly recommend it.

Breakfast wasn’t bad, but the room was cold, with the chill coming right through the window. The sheets were filthy, and the tiny elevator felt scary, with room for two people at most. It wasn’t comfortable, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel! 🚫

The food had a warmth that came through in the very friendly staff, and the breakfast was fantastic. I highly recommend trying their menemen (Turkish scrambled eggs). We stayed here in Urfa on our GAP tour and found the hotel clean and comfortable.
