Zenivor Bungalov

The location is a real plus, right by the river and close to most activities and events. The accommodation itself is excellent, and breakfast was lovely, with tasty, varied food from a friendly woman who prepares it. There were also some problems. Being beside the river means lots of insects, and nothing is done to treat them. The hotel has two floors, but the air conditioning doesn't reach upstairs at all, and it's positioned badly. Even basic things like tea, sugar, and coffee weren't in the room, so we had to ask for them.

We spent three nights here as a family and were very happy with our stay. The view is one of a kind, and being near the tourist areas was handy. Breakfast had a great selection, the rooms were spotless, and the place was comfortable. Whenever we needed something, they took care of it right away. We'd recommend it.

We loved our stay. It's a family-run place with friendly staff, clean rooms, and clean service. Everything was so good, we loved it.

At Zenivor Bungalow in Rize, the service and cleanliness were excellent. Mr. Hasan was attentive and caring, and made us feel welcome with his warm hospitality. Thank you for everything, Zenivor Bungalow.
