Cactus Club Yalı & Resort

I was there in October 2024, and I’m already looking forward to coming back in May2025. My daughter had a fantastic time at the kids’ club doing activities with the other children. The hotel’s in a gorgeous setting, and the food had lots of choices for the whole family. Everyone was friendly and made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived.

We spent four nights here in June 2025 during a seven-night all-inclusive trip. We’d had a great stay at Rawda Resort before, so our expectations were high. The resort is huge, 60,000 m², with several pools, bars, restaurants and entertainment options. Ultra All-Inclusive guests get free entry to Gümüldür Aquapark, and the 24/7 bar serves international drinks such as J&B and Famous Grouse. There’s a wide range of food across the buffet, Turkish restaurant and snack bars, with plenty of serving hours. Daily room cleaning and fresh towels were good, and you could exchange towels several times a day. Staff were friendly, spoke English fluently, and check-in went smoothly. There’s a cat wandering around the lobby, and security staff are at the entrance around the clock. Parking is free near the main entrance and inside the resort. The rooms didn’t feel like five-star accommodation. The furniture and carpet were old, the TV was small, and the safe used a key instead of a digital code. The bathroom was dated and had a bathtub rather than a walk-in shower, which may not suit older guests. The minibar only had water and soft drinks, with no daily refill unless you paid €1.5 per drink. Wi-Fi was weak in the rooms and farther parts of the resort. The third pool bar was closed, and some facilities seemed to be under renovation. Though the resort is near the beach, our sea view was limited: we looked out onto a service garden and a noisy transformer unit. The air conditioning was old and not powerful enough in hot weather. The grounds are spacious and well equipped, and the food and drinks are a strong point of the Ultra All-Inclusive package. The rooms felt closer to three-star than five-star. It should suit families or anyone who cares more about amenities and dining than luxury rooms.

We had a great time from 3.7-9.7.2025, and I want to thank the hotel for a lovely holiday. It’s a nice, clean, big hotel, with amazing food. The children loved the pool, water slides and animation program. The sea was close and very clean. I recommend it, we were very satisfied 😍.

We came with our two kids and honestly, I have no concerns. The food was great, and the people were so friendly and ready to help. The animation team was really good, especially the “mini disco,” and everyone was great with children. The wellness was lovely too, with very friendly staff. The resort has a nice sandy beach right outside, and Gumuldur is a small village between two big cities that’s easy to reach by car. We loved the place, and even though we usually like visiting somewhere new, we might come back next year. The kids loved it too. I’d recommend it to anyone. Nothing to complain about.
