Numa Port Hotel

The room was clean, and the servers were always cheerful and helpful. Breakfast was good, with plenty of cheeses. I especially liked the omelette station and pancakes. We had a balcony, but it looked onto the wall beneath the pool, so there was no view at all. That made the balcony feel a bit pointless.

Kaptan was a perfect experience right up until I needed to sleep. The music was absurdly loud late at night, at all hours. I couldn’t stay somewhere I couldn’t sleep, so it would have been 5 stars otherwise.

We’re repeat customers and stayed in early January. For two nights, the bar Omeroglu was noisy until 3 am. We spoke to the front desk, and my partner, who was in another room, also spoke to the bar doorman. He laughed at them. We’re sad for Kaptan and the neighborhood to have to deal with this horrible noise past guests’ bedtime. Here’s a photo from our American friends next door. We’re from England.

The private beach was a relaxing place, reached through an underpass, with plenty of loungers and a beach bar for drinks and snacks. The hotel also has several well-kept outdoor pools, including waterslides that children and adults enjoyed. Families have a kids’ club and their own pool, while the animation team runs games during the day and shows at night. For a quieter break, there’s a spa with a Turkish bath, sauna and massages. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean, with balconies and lovely views. The all-inclusive food was a highlight, with a broad, tasty choice throughout the day in the buffet and at the à la carte options. The bars had a wide range of local and some international drinks. From arrival, the friendly, attentive staff made us feel welcome and looked after our needs. Hotel Grand kaptain in Antalya offers a memorable stay with excellent service and a great range of facilities. Its location, service and amenities make it good value for a lovely holiday in Antalya.
