I travel a lot, and this was my worst trip. I moved out of the hotel a month ago, and blame the experience on the OWNERS. From the first days, they seemed to have some personal dislike for me and my family, though we'd only just arrived at the hotel. They wouldn't communicate with us and didn't even smile or say "good morning or evenings." They acted as if we weren't there. They didn't clean the rooms daily, replenish the minibar, shampoos, or shower gels, or change the towels. When we asked about it, they said we hadn't requested those things, which was unlike our experience at other hotels. They seemed to want money for every little thing: towels cost extra, and even water at breakfast came with a charge. The hostess was very argumentative, often shouting that this was HER hotel and threatening to evict us. There were many other incidents too. I give the hotel the lowest rating. It isn't worth the money.

The rooms were small and dirty, and the breakfast was poor. We stayed for 2 days, and nobody cleaned our room. It is close to the beach and has a small pool, but I wouldn't recommend it.

Our first impression was very friendly, but later we got the opposite treatment. We expected a welcoming place with a pool, but the hotel owner's children and grandchildren used the pool exclusively during our stay. The pool is small and not suitable for many people. Breakfast was disappointing too. The portions were small and limited, not enough to satisfy everyone, and there was an extra charge if you asked for more. Dinner also costs extra, and if you decide to eat out, you might get a grumpy face. The rooms have nowhere to put luggage. Toilet paper was given one roll at a time, so we had to keep asking. There were extra charges for everything. When we requested cleaning, the room still wasn't clean, though we could smell vinegar. We pointed that out, but a cleaning charge was added anyway despite the room not being thoroughly cleaned. Don't be fooled by the hotel's pictures. We expected a friendly atmosphere and regret the stay. We won't choose this place again.

The weekend we planned with friends in Çeşme in July 2025 was spoiled by how we were treated. After my five-year-old daughter wet the bed on the first night, we told the staff the next morning and were assured it would be handled. By evening the sheets still hadn't been changed, so we raised it again. The owner responded by complaining about the cost of the mattress and telling us to put a diaper on our daughter. She heard this and started crying. When I asked whether the beds had waterproof protectors and why changing the sheets was such a problem, the owner said they had a protector, but it might be waterproof. The argument felt close to insulting. A business that won't spend a little extra on a waterproof cover but tells customers to diaper their children after an accident has no respect for its guests. Think carefully before staying here if you care about your kids and yourself.
