Reception was good during our two-day stay, but there was a problem with the booking and price. I had booked through the obilet website for two adults and an 8-year-old child at 850 liras. The complex manager wouldn't accept the reservation from the site and asked for 1500 liras instead. In the end, he gave us a double room and said hotel prices were different for Turkish citizens. I'd advise checking the conditions directly with the manager instead of relying on the prices shown on websites.

The staff were really nice and responsive, and breakfast was good, so I want to thank them for that. That's why I gave four stars. But our room needs renovation, especially the mattresses. Ours was really bad, and the toilet lid was broken. We also went several days without hot water.

There was no toilet seat cover in our room for the whole six-night stay. It had apparently already been missing for at least a week before we arrived. Very unhygienic.

The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and there was parking outside. Shops are nearby too. 10/10.
