Delmar Suites & Residence

We were a family of four adults and three children, and the spacious, airy 2+1 suite was comfortable for our three-day stay. There are double rooms too. The place is well equipped, with a TV, fridge, internet, microwave, stove, and more, and the design and materials are excellent. Parking is behind the hotel. There are shops, restaurants, and other spots nearby by the sea, and Ilıca Beach is a 1.3 km walk. It’s a bed and breakfast setup. The rooms weren’t very clean and service needs work. We asked ten times for the sheets to be changed. There are also lots of mosquitoes in the evenings. You can drive to Alaçatı, Çeşme Center, and other places to explore or swim, or just sit comfortably on the balcony. Check availability and prices before you go.

The apartments in Ilıca are roomy and practical, with all the necessary equipment. The sea is within walking distance, and minibuses are nearby. Çeşme Seyahat and Migros are about five minutes away, as is everything else you need on foot. The owners are friendly and very helpful.

We were three friends in a 2+1 room, and it was spacious and very comfortable. The location and room quality are both very nice, but management let the place down. We waited 24 hours after asking for cleaning, requests to reception took at least an hour, and there was only one employee for the whole hotel. The room’s cleanliness was below average.

Everything was pretty normal, and the rooms are quite good.
