The rooms were clean, and the cleaning staff were always kind, polite, and ready to help. The hotel atmosphere was okay, and the location itself is decent, though the walk to the beach is quite long. That beach gets packed, with too few free sunbeds. I even saw people arguing over them, and the steep entry into the sea seems dangerous for children. At the hotel, the main restaurant waiters generally did their jobs properly, but one was rude and raised his voice at guests as if they were schoolchildren. The staff also seemed to be waiting for the season to end, since the hotel closes for winter. In October, the value for money wasn’t there. Fresh food was noticeably lacking, especially bread, vegetables, fruit, and baklava, and it felt like guests were getting leftovers from the season. Some small things added to the frustration. Ice cream came in paper cups without spoons, and a staff member told guests to use plastic knives or forks. For beach volleyball they used a football because they didn’t have a proper volleyball. The hotel isn’t worth considering in October, in my opinion.

Our son is only 4, and he absolutely loved the Mini Club. Bahar and the rest of the team were caring, energetic, and made it a warm, fun place for the kids. It was reassuring to see him having such a good time and making memories, and it gave us parents a chance to unwind. We also loved the food, with a tasty range of salads, traditional Turkish dishes, and international options at every meal. Nobody went hungry, and we looked forward to eating. From arrival onward, the welcome felt warm and professional, and the service was wonderful throughout. Oz Hotels Sui Resort made for a great family break. We left happy, with lovely memories, and our little one is already asking when we can return. ❤️

The place has a really home-like feel, and everything was kept clean all the time. Whenever we had an issue, staff responded quickly and sorted it out. They treated us in a very friendly, generous way, almost like royalty. Halil, the manager, stood out in particular and seemed to be around all day. The hotel itself and its staff were both very welcoming.

We left feeling refreshed, and the food, facilities, and service were all top-notch. Nina, the spa massage therapist, deserves a special mention. Her massages were deeply relaxing and therapeutic, and she adjusted each session to what you needed. The spa team as a whole was friendly and professional, and the atmosphere was calm and rejuvenating. Staff at reception and in the restaurant were always smiling, helpful, and efficient. Our room was spotless each day, so thanks to the cleaners for that care and attention. From the moment we arrived at this all-inclusive resort in Turkey, everything felt smooth and welcoming. We had a fantastic stay and can’t wait to come back.
