The staff were friendly and helpful, and even let me keep my bicycle in the lobby. I ended up staying an extra night to visit Sardes. This is a good value hotel in the city centre. In September 2025, my single room with standard breakfast included cost 1800 TRY, about 37 EUR at the time. The room was clean, the bed quite comfortable, and the aircon worked well. The WiFi, though, was rather slow.

Sardis's ancient ruins are only a short distance away, which made the location ideal. From the moment I walked into Berrak Hotel's lobby, the warm smiles and genuine hospitality stood out. My stay was nothing short of exceptional.

A quiet, lovely and clean hotel where you can feel safe. Work brought me here on different dates over the past year, and the service has been consistent. Thanks :))

Renovated and right in the centre, this is a nice hotel. The staff are very polite, and the price to performance is highly rated.
