The hotel is close to the shopping streets and party street, so there was some music at night, but we still slept well. It's fairly small, which means the service feels more personal, and the staff really try to make everyone's wishes happen. The rooms felt high-standard, among the best we've experienced. We were greeted with smiles each morning, and when we returned later, the man at the desk would have a smile and a few jokes. We mostly ate pasta and sandwiches, and those were some of the best meals we had in alanya. On our departure day, checkout was at 12, but our airport bus wasn't coming for another eight hours. The staff kindly switched on the air conditioning and said we could sleep on the sofa outside if we were really tired. Thanks so much for your service, Park Hotell ☺️

Parking right by the hotel isn't easy. A tip: find a space in the streets behind it and leave the car there, since you can walk to the beach. The location itself is very good, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, and the place had just been renovated, so everything was great. It felt like a hidden gem. There was no asking for tips like in Egypt. I'll definitely come back, keep up the good work 👏

Tarik at the bar is the best! The food and drinks are high quality, the staff are all friendly, and the price is still very affordable. The hotel is close to everything and has just been renovated, so it feels fresh, with modern details in the rooms. I've stayed at Park Alanya before and loved the staff, though the rooms needed updating then. I also like that it's a smaller hotel, more personal and near everything. If you want a modern place where the staff make you feel part of the Park Alanya family, I recommend booking here. :) /Sofia

The administrator or owner was probably the most helpful, friendly, welcoming host you'll meet, and made our stay better in every way. The location is hard to beat, and for this price I doubt there's a better option anywhere in Alanya. We stayed from 11.09.21 till 25.09.21. It's an inexpensive hotel, so don't expect miracles. The rooms are a bit worn, and you have to ask if you want them cleaned. The air conditioning works and is free, which mattered because other hotels we considered charged extra. Breakfast is the same every day, but there's a decent choice. The cafe on the first floor has pleasant food prices and okayish prices for alcohol. There's a mosque nearby. If you're a light sleeper and like to sleep with the balcony door open, it may wake you early. It didn't wake me with the door shut, though I consider myself a light sleeper, and my wife slept through it even with the door open.
