Perre Delta Hotel

The staff barely responded to complaints, and sometimes ignored them completely. The pools and surrounding area were dirty and poorly maintained, with old, broken sunbeds. We regretted spending money on a holiday that turned out this way. The food was poor and repetitive, with a very limited choice. Some dishes were cold or seemed spoiled, the fruit wasn’t fresh, and the drinks were watered-down juices and weak cocktails. The plates were often dirty and the cutlery sticky. After a few days, we didn’t even want to go to the restaurant. The rooms were dirty too. Floors hadn’t been washed, furniture was dusty, there was mold in the bathroom, and the bedding and curtains looked unclean. We were shown a few rooms, but even the best one was in terrible shape. The hotel didn’t match its star rating or the online photos. This place is not worth its rating. I wouldn’t recommend Perre Delta Hotel Resort & Spa to anyone expecting basic comfort, cleanliness, or decent service.

The biggest letdown was how limited everything felt despite paying for Ultra All Inclusive. The drink machines were turned off, there were no snacks like chips or nuts with the alcoholic drinks, and not even ice. Everything shut down by midnight. The snack bar was meant to be open 24 hours but had limited hours, and pizza was only available at certain times. There were huge queues for meals, pizza, ice cream, and the snack bar. Ice cream was supposed to be served once a day at 1:30 PM, but even that wasn’t consistent. There was no internet in the rooms, only at reception. There was plenty of food at the restaurant, but no seafood, and the same boring dishes came out every day. The dining chairs were uncomfortable and felt like you sank into them. The room change took Turkish police intervention because of mold. After we moved, my family, including my younger brother, had to wait standing around because the new room hadn’t been cleaned. It was slightly better, but still in very poor condition. Apart from the outside appearance, nothing was acceptable. My family and I were very disappointed. For what we paid, it wasn’t worth it, and I wouldn’t recommend the hotel.

We’ve never had a worse holiday. There was no evening entertainment, the food was barely edible, and the bar staff were unprofessional. Our room was dirty, the towels were never changed, and the AC didn’t work. Reception was arrogant and no help at all. The staff seemed clueless and rude, and used “no English” to dodge basic questions. This is nowhere near a five-star hotel, two stars at best. Avoid it.
