Harem Suites Cappadocia

Two families stayed at Harem, and both rooms were spacious, clean, and beautiful. The jacuzzi was clean too, and the whole visit felt relaxing. Mr. Bugra Kel was especially cooperative: he suggested good places, helped us book affordable, top-notch Turkish Hamam, ATV, and hot air balloon options, and, since we had a rental car, went the extra mile by giving us a list of must-see places. We had a lovely experience and will recommend it to friends and family. I’d only suggest adding more breakfast choices, like cereals, fruit, and desserts.

I traveled solo to Cappadocia for my birthday, and the team made me feel like I was with family and friends. They surprised me with a wonderful room and a birthday cake, which made the trip especially meaningful. A big thank you to Mert Asan (General Manager), Bugra, and all the other staff for their warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the people here are truly wonderful. Of the four places I booked during my Turkey trip, this was easily the best. I’d strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Cappadocia. If I could give 10 stars, I would, but five is the maximum! Thanks again for making my birthday trip so special. I’ll always remember this stay.

The property is beautiful, the customer service is great, and reception is always available when you have questions. It’s a quiet location about a 15 minute drive from gorem, with a decent balloon view. But staying in a cave has downsides: rock residue was in the air and fell from the ceiling, and there were spider webs in the ceiling corners. The room was cleaned every day, but it still didn’t feel clean enough to walk around without slippers.

The setting felt peaceful and full of history, and the staff were helpful. Staying in a cave room was an amazing experience, especially with such a good spot for watching the hot air balloons.
