The patio has a beautiful view, and the staff were friendly and helpful with great service. Breakfast was the best I had in Türkiye, with a huge selection: eggs, sausages, cheese, bread, pancakes, fruit, jam, honey, olives, vegetables, juice, and tea. I'd definitely recommend the restaurant.

There were plates of food arriving the whole time, and the fresh fruit, cheeses, and especially the Turkish sausage were my favorites. I came with my family for kahvalti, and the castle view was spectacular. The waiter was so nice and everything tasted delicious. It was the best Turkish breakfast of my trip, and I'd happily come back.

The rooftop view takes in the whole town and the castle, and the service was so welcoming and kind. The Turkish breakfast was the best I've had in the country, with everything you'd expect and really top-notch quality.

Castellum Cave Hotel is a real gem in the heart of Cappadocia. The rooms felt cozy, with a nice blend of modern amenities and traditional charm. Since it's brand new, everything was spotless and beautifully designed. The staff gave us such a warm welcome, and their hospitality made our stay memorable. We had an amazing time and highly recommend it!
