The location may be nice, but the yellow stains all over the sheets were awful. If they're not going to clean them, why use white sheets? We chose this place because it was affordable, but the towels, sheets, and blankets we got were worth more than the hotel. After two days, we were disgusted by everything we touched or stepped on. We won't stay here again.

We were three people and had enough room. The owners were kind and quick to help find solutions when we mentioned problems. It's good value, and we'll stay again next time we're in Eskişehir. The tram is close by, with lots of shops, cafes, and other places nearby. During our conversation, they said they'd replace the furniture, and I hope they do because that would make the place much nicer. Thank you.

I booked early and asked for a double bed, but the apartment didn't look like the pictures and I was given a single room. They moved me to another room 15 minutes later, but its bed was covered in hair and grime. I didn't expect such a bad experience. They need to be much more careful with cleaning.

The staff were helpful, and the sheets were the only clean, tidy thing we found. Everything else was a mess. There was garbage under the table that my girlfriend and I had to clear away, and we found condoms at the edge of the sofas. The kettle was moldy, and when we tried to make tea, we found the tea was moldy too. We cleaned everything ourselves. The pans were greasy and the sofas were a disaster. We chose this place because of the reviews, but I wish we'd gone somewhere else. I think most of those reviews are misleading, given how bad the hygiene was. I definitely won't stay here if I come back.
