Royal Butik Apart

I've stayed here twice now and hope to return a third time. I've tried many hotels and houses around the country, and only a 5-star ultra all-inclusive hotel has matched this level of cleanliness. It's much cleaner than most apart-hotels, and all the furnishings seem new. Cengiz and Mehmet at reception are attentive and very helpful, and I also want to thank the cleaning ladies. The reception and cleaning team is about 4-5 people, and they clearly care about their work. The place has pretty much everything: teapots, pans, a washing machine, clean towels, a refrigerator, and both double and single beds. In Baytalgazi, Malatya, this would be my first choice. I gave it five stars for the location too, since it's close to the tram stop and right beside the A101 supermarket.

The beds were very comfortable, and the place was really clean and well located. Since it's an apart-hotel, there isn't food or water in the rooms, so bring your own supplies for the night. You can stay here safely with your family. If I return to Malatya, I'll stay here again.

We came here as a family of four, two adults and two children, after traveling through 8 cities. I don't know the name of the gentleman who greeted us last night, but I'm grateful for everything. It was spotless and felt like home, and they even had a washing machine. We had no parking problems. I've stayed at many hotels, and this was the best and most affordable. Five stars for everything. 👏🏻

We only stayed one night, though I would have liked to stay longer if we had time. The location is central, and the rooms and sheets were really clean. The staff were very attentive, the heating worked very well, and we had a comfortable night with our children. We even went out sightseeing. I recommend it to everyone, and thank you very much.
