I had a really good stay here and would come back. The rooms were clean and roomy, and breakfast had plenty of dishes to choose from. Staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English well. It's right in the center, close to everything, but quiet outside at night. The price was affordable and lower than other places in Malatya, so I definitely recommend it.

The main issue was parking. The booking said it was free, but there was nowhere to park. Communication was difficult too: the staff didn't speak English, we didn't speak Turkish, and they kept speaking quickly in Turkish without trying a translator or another way to understand each other. Our room was comfortable and had the basics, though the AC barely worked and needed servicing. Internet was okay. It felt a bit expensive at 265TL for two people for two nights. The location is central to the bazaar and a short walk from other sights. Breakfast was excellent on the first day, served from 7am, but only got one star the next day. Very hit and miss.

The restrooms could have been tidier, but the rooms were comfortable. It's a good place for a night or two while exploring this modern, beautiful city with its local feel. The location is convenient on a pedestrian street, though it can be hard to spot among the little shops, so ask around. Staff were very helpful, and breakfast was nice. Don't miss the old-world center of Turkish apricor bazaar.

The bedroom had everything I needed, the bathroom was very clean, and the internet was fast and free. Breakfast was included, and everyone treated me very nicely. It's a beautiful hotel.

The guy was friendly and really helpful, thanks to him for the assistance. The hotel is very good, right downtown, with safe, clean rooms and a generous breakfast.
