Paloma Grida - All Inclusive

The Guest Relations team were kind and professional, especially İlayda (Trainee), who was always smiling, attentive, and ready to help with questions or requests. Her warm approach made our holiday even better. Paloma Grida exceeded our expectations. The pools were clean, roomy, and great for adults and children alike, while the slides kept us entertained every day. There were plenty of activities, so we never got bored. Meals were another highlight, with excellent variety and quality, from fresh local dishes to international food, all beautifully cooked and delicious. We'd highly recommend it for a fun, relaxing, memorable holiday, and hope to return.

We had a relaxing stay, and the hotel was well organized. There were plenty of bars and restaurants with delicious local and international food. Our room was comfortable, clean, and newly renovated. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Ahmet and Yasar at reception. We'd definitely recommend the hotel and would love to come back.

The grounds were lovely and green, well looked after, and a nice place to wander or relax. There was lots going on for sports, with fun activities to join. Our children really enjoyed the well-organized Teen Club, where they could socialize and try different things without getting bored. The restaurant also had a great range of tasty food available throughout the day.

Kaan at the lagoon bar was a lovely part of our holiday. He was fantastic throughout our stay and brought me the nicest iced coffee every morning. We had a great 7-night stay at Paloma Grida over the May half term with our children. The lagoon swim-up room was ideal for the little ones, especially for slow mornings relaxing by the pool right outside. They loved Polly Kids Club in the afternoons and the mini disco in the evenings. The evening entertainment was fun for all of us, and there was always something everyone could eat at mealtimes. Even during half term the hotel never felt too busy, which made it more relaxing. The town centre was about an easy 10-minute walk away if we fancied heading out. We'd definitely recommend it for families with young children.
