The course was in very good condition, and the golf pro shop was accommodating when arranging tee times. Having access to both hotels was useful, and the setting felt relaxed for golfers. The staff were truly five-star. Our room was a little tired, but everything worked. I’d recommend it and would go back.

What I’ll remember most about Sueno Golf Hotel in Antalya is how Kenan and Sibil at the Golf Shop helped me. When I had questions about equipment or needed to change a tee time reservation, they treated the issue with care and worked actively to sort it out. Their advice felt thoughtful, and they were responsive and professional. That support let me put aside the small worries that can crop up on a golf trip and focus on playing. The rest of the staff I encountered also showed a careful, sincere approach to service. The golf course and facilities were very good, but the people made the stay feel especially welcoming. I’d gladly return, and recommend experiencing the hospitality of Kenan and Sibil as well as the courses.

We had a great stay and would look at coming back to Belek. We were eight golfers staying at the golf hotel, and the value was outstanding. Our rooms were spacious and clean, with great views across the courses and the practice facilities right nearby. The service was friendly and fast, whether we stopped at Birdie Bar for food and drinks before a round or spent the evening at the relaxed lobby bar. We rarely waited long. Noise was never excessive unless you were in the nightclub, which wasn’t an issue for us. There was plenty of food choice at our hotel, though not as much as at the Deluxe hotel, where the serving stations seemed to run almost 100m. Being able to eat or drink at either hotel was a real plus, even though we mostly stuck to a couple of familiar places. Food seemed available almost all day, with only a few short clear-outs while dining areas were cleaned. The whole experience was exceptional.

The staff, golf courses, and food and beverage service were top class. The facilities also looked good, but the hotels need refurbishment. Rain came straight into several of our rooms and into the à la carte restaurant while we were eating. That’s a serious problem that maintenance alone can’t fix. Management needs to invest.
