The rooms, bathrooms, and toilets were filthy, with no regular cleaning. We students ended up bringing our own supplies and cleaning our rooms. Meals were poor too. Breakfast was just two slices of tomato, three of cucumber, one slice of cheese, and one of salami, with no pastries or bagels; dinner was mediocre, and we couldn't tell whether we were eating the manager's hair or the food. The manager is also the cook and cleaner, and nothing is done properly. The institution is awful and not worth the money. The owner was rude, greedy, picky, condescending, and unable to communicate, and my room was changed because of this. The manager and even her daughter spoke and acted mockingly toward people. They said three students would share each room, but put four students they disliked together, while students they liked were placed in groups of three or two. They never care about students. I absolutely don't recommend this cursed place. May God punish you as you deserve, and I hope it closes as soon as possible.

I spent four months here while at school and only ran into minor issues. The facilities are better than at other hotels. You have to clean your own room, which I think is acceptable for keeping your belongings safe.

We had no other options in the area, so we were forced to pick this place. The meals were very inadequate, hygiene was completely lacking, and the rule to turn off the lights at 12 was ridiculous. The director is a woman who chooses which students to attend, subjects them to slander, and, with her daughter, incites and mocks them. The owner is rude and just acts tough, thinking she's establishing authority. It's not worth the money at all. Just regret, a terrible place run by two or three clueless people. I absolutely do not recommend it.

I had a very pleasant stay as a student, so I wanted to help newcomers. The principal lady had already met us through a mother's referral, and her daughter felt like a sister's referral. The owner is a fatherly person who earns families' trust and works to help keep students safe, just as they've entrusted him to do. The complaints about room changes came from problems among the people involved; otherwise the order hasn't changed, and everything hasn't been managed. People badmouthing the place must have a pain in the neck. Come and you'll see their pleasant, compassionate attitude. You won't regret it. Good luck in advance ☺️
