Hattuşa Vacation Beach Hotel

It's a decent place, but the Wi-Fi was completely useless.

The four-star hotel on the seafront along Çamlıbel Street in Akçay has changed its name to Hattuşa otel. Some parts of the property need renovation. The rooms and service are average, and the prices feel a little high for the quality.

The food staff were clean, friendly, and attentive, and we had a pleasant holiday. We were quite satisfied overall, with average prices, though some promotions would be nice. The hotel is central, right in town, with parking and indoor recreation areas just outside. You can walk to the amusement park in the city center. Front-facing rooms have a lovely view, and the food is tasty and filling. There's a pool in front, then the sea, but the pool music is so loud in the rooms that it can be hard to relax, especially during the day. The pool is clean, though kids may get bored after a while, so a small slide could be a good addition. The sea was cold and windy in August, so it's better to go earlier. They serve afternoon tea, but since people don't eat the breakfast items then, a few snacks and fruit juice would be welcome.
