Katrancı Park Hotel

We found a lot to enjoy here, from the tasty, varied food to the many pools, including some reserved for women. The beach is only about a three-minute walk away, and Dalaman Airport is roughly 45 minutes away. It's a simple, clean, quiet place that's good for families, with kind and helpful staff. The city also makes it easy to relax, explore, and fit in different activities during one vacation. It isn't luxurious, but it worked well for us.

Ali Turan, the hotel's activity planner, made our first trip travelling alone much easier. There were four of us, all female students, and he gave us helpful advice and good deals. He was funny and kind, spoke fluent English, and made sure we felt welcome without any language barrier. We're already planning to come back. Thanks so much for all your help, Ali. See you soon! Thank you, Maha

The garden is beautiful, the pool is good, and it's a family-friendly place, but the cleanliness needs a lot more attention. The food hygiene was a concern, and the staff didn't seem well trained in dealing with customers. The place itself has lovely natural surroundings, though the open space hasn't been developed while maintaining the hotel's quality. The website's photos don't show even 30% of what the place is really like, or perhaps the hotel is very old. It also lists facilities such as a gym and sports training that weren't available. For me, it's okay for two nights at most, but no longer.

The meals were delicious and had a lot of variety, and we made full use of the facilities. I was also impressed by the staff's organization, the hygiene around the property, and the respect shown for the Muslim concept. I came back recently from katranci hotels with my two teenage daughters, and I'd be very happy to return, inchaAllah. A big thank you to the receptionist for arranging the birthday surprise my son wanted to give me. 🎁🎂 OUM OTHMAN
