The activities kept everyone busy, from the aquapark and outdoor sports areas to the indoor entertainment spaces. Kids and adults both have plenty to do, and it felt safe and engaging for the family. The resort, apartments, pools, spa facilities, and public gardens were all spotless and very hygienic. Our meals were fresh and delicious, with lots of choices for everyone. Staff were warm and professional from check-in through the rest of our visit, always helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful family getaway at Mola Istanbul, and can't wait to return.

A special thank you to Farida Benaziza, who was responsive, kind, and quick to arrange whatever we needed. She made the stay more memorable. The whole team was warm, respectful, and professional, and the service was outstanding. Everything was clean, beautiful, and well organized from arrival. The place feels elegant and welcoming, with a high standard of care. I highly recommend it for a comfortable stay and quality service.

Our family had a wonderful time at Mola Istanbul. The rooms were comfortable, the modern hotel was clean and well organized, and the facilities were excellent. There was a wide choice of fresh, delicious food each day, with something for everyone. Children had lots of play areas and activities to enjoy. The staff were kind, professional, and ready to help with a smile. Ms Nisanur Şimal and Seçil from Guest Relations deserve a special thanks for their warm welcome and support throughout. They made us feel cared for. We'd happily come back and recommend it to families looking for a relaxing holiday.

The hotel is in a quiet, rural location, which is lovely for relaxing, though there aren't any cities or major attractions nearby. We enjoyed the outdoor area and the many activities, and the spa is a great way to unwind. Our 2+1 Executive Suite was quiet, well equipped, nicely furnished, and very clean. The rooms and the rest of the facility were spotless. Guest relations were quick to help with questions and requests, especially Roza, Nisanur, Nazlı, and Asena. Breakfast and dinner were good, with enough variety for different tastes, and food was available outside meal times as well. Those extra offerings were a bit expensive for what you get.

The food deserves a Michelin star, it was that delicious and well prepared. The indoor aquapark works for children and adults, with privacy given special priority for Muslims. There are lots of activities too, from trampolines, obstacle courses and slides to electronic games and VR. The facilities are classy and modern, and connected from inside. Our room was a little small, but practical and very clean, and really just needed for sleeping. On arrival, the staff were friendly and cooperative, showed us around, and set up a dedicated WhatsApp group for anything we needed. Mola gave me and my family a wonderful time and a home atmosphere. If you're after a 5 stars stay, it's the way to go. Bravo 👏
