Yoga starts at 10:30, but the main restaurant shuts at 11, so there's no way to have breakfast after class. The ground-floor café doesn't open until noon, despite its pastry display already being full, and I was refused even a croissant although the hotel is all inclusive. The staff seemed reserved and didn't take much initiative to help. I raised my concerns with the manager, who said they'd been sent to the relevant department. A few days later, I was told everything had been resolved. I sincerely hope that's true. The hotel's condition and service were a major disappointment and don't match its stated standard. In the cafés on the minus first and ground floors, some tables and chairs were dirty. I sat on one and stained my shorts. The walls and windows need cleaning, the skirting boards are worn, and the room floors have visible damage and wear. Yoga takes place in the nightclub, where the sticky floor made my mat stick to it. The Golf building reception was especially shocking. A flower pot had effectively become a cat litter box, and you could smell it from several meters away. I love cats, but that's unacceptable in a hotel of this level. I can't recommend this hotel.

We still had a good week and holiday, got some rest and played golf, though the courses were difficult for beginners. We were there for a week at the end of January and got unlucky with rain and strong wind. The big balcony door didn't seal properly, so the wind noise came through. The hotel has a huge open space in the middle, with bars and room doors facing onto it, so people at the bars were often loud, especially late at night. Around the hotel there's a lot of space, but in the winter they don't look after it. The beach walk had lots of trash and nobody seemed to care. The kids' club was great. The ladies were kind and handled things without any problem even though my younger daughter doesn't speak English very well. There were loads of activities during the day and into the evening. The waiters were nice too, though their English wasn't very good. Rooms were big and clean, and the food was okay and plentiful. The food hall is a long, narrow room, though, so you have to walk a lot to find what you want. Vegetarian choices were pretty poor, and unfortunately there was no avocado. Meal times were generally okay, but at some times of day there was no food except small sandwiches and sweets at the snack bar. The drinks were good. Suleyman even made me one that wasn't on the menu, just for me. If you fancy a sweet watermelon drink, ask for a Suleyman special!

I think of Sueno Golf hotel as a place that feels like coming home. I first visited Sueno Golf Hotel in Belek, Turkey, in November 2025, after a friend told me how good it was. I love golf, and what I found was even better than he'd promised. The service is the best part. The staff are always smiling and ready to help. Sueno Golf is a five-star hotel with golf, a driving range, practice area, spa, pool, sauna, massage, bars, a sports bar and karaoke. Staying there also lets you visit their flagship, Sueno DeLuX hotel. It's at least two or three times bigger, even more luxurious, and close to the Mediterranean beach. The two golf courses are beautiful, with lovely scenery, great fairways and greens in mint condition. They're fun for beginners and really good players alike. How difficult they feel depends on which tee you play from, but I'd say everyone can enjoy them. After finishing your last hole for the day, don't miss relaxing on the balcony with a beer, wine or whatever you fancy. The view over the finishing holes on both courses is amazing.

We arrived at 3 a.m. and couldn't get in because they said our booking wasn't in the system. They wouldn't even let us into the lobby to speak to anyone. We had to talk through the security man at the gate, who said we'd have to wait until 9 a.m. for the system to update. We ended up finding last-minute accommodation nearby in the middle of the night, a terrible start to a holiday. We stayed in August as a mostly adult family. The next day they finally let us in, and our rooms were ready before 2 p.m. Our room was spacious, and the AC worked well. The unit next door was noisy, though. The rest of the hotel felt very dated and in need of renovation inside and out. All the beds are doubles, with no twin option, so I had to share a bed with my sister. There's a strong focus on children, with activities and noise everywhere, which made it less suitable for adults or couples wanting to relax. On our second night I got nausea, stomachache and a mild fever. For the rest of the stay I couldn't eat anything besides water and soup. I suspect the food or pool water may have caused it. I told guest relations, and they assured me they'd follow up, but they never did. The poolside chairs were mostly broken, trash was everywhere, and there weren't enough cleaners for a hotel this size. The dining halls weren't very hygienic, and the food was repetitive every night. Eating outside was uncomfortably hot, with very few air conditioners, and service slowed down at busy times. The bars were dirty, all drinks came in plastic cups, and staff shortages were noticeable across the property. The staff themselves were really friendly. I can't recommend it. At this price, there are much better options nearby. The place has potential, but needs major renovation and improvements to service and amenities.

The beach was clean and well organized, and the food was high quality with plenty of choice. Sueno Hotels Deluxe Belek has beautiful architecture and spacious rooms, with professional, friendly staff who pay attention to guests' needs. It's a fantastic luxury resort and a great choice for a relaxing, high-quality holiday in Belek. Highly recommended.
