The kids' water slides felt safe, with two or three lifeguards there all the time, so I could leave the kids without worrying. It's a very friendly hotel with excellent food and drinks. The location is great, close to Side and places like koprulu rafting and land of legends. Amazing value for the price, and I'd recommend it to everyone.

The waterslide kept the kids busy, and the food was fresh, tasty, and changed from day to day. It's a beautiful hotel with great service and very helpful staff. Five out of five. I'd recommend it and come back!

We really enjoyed the pools, entertainment, and relaxed atmosphere throughout Art Poseidon Hotel Side. The place is modern, clean, and well cared for, and our comfortable room was cleaned daily. Staff were welcoming, friendly, and ready to help. There was a good variety of delicious food every day. The whole team made our holiday so enjoyable. We'd happily return and recommend it.

We came as a family of two adults and an 11-month-old, through TUI, for a week. I have mixed feelings. The hotel has potential, but still needs work to guarantee a good standard. The lobby and common areas have been fully renovated, while the rooms seem to have only been repainted. Our standard room was fresh and clean, and okay for a Turkish 4-star hotel. We paid 5100 PLN for 2+1 including flights, which I think was a fair price. The beach was about a 10-minute walk away, with a nice neighborhood, a beautiful promenade, a mini-port, plenty of markets, several shopping malls, McDonald's, Migros, A101 (Turkish Aldi), and Carrefour nearby. The hotel beach has a bar and restroom. Other good points were tasty food, comfortable mattresses, live cooking every few days with a very nice chef and delicious restaurant meals, pools with a mini water park and children's area. There were frustrating mix-ups about what our package included. TUI had told us the hammam and baby menu were free, but the hammam cost €20 or €30, I don't remember which, and no one knew about baby food. Reception said they'd prepare what we wanted the next day, chicken boiled in water without salt and vegetables boiled without salt. When I spoke to the manager the next day, he laughed, called someone, and never got back to us. The following day, though, a set baby menu appeared for lunch and dinner. Another time, my husband went for drinks with friends and the bartender asked for €5 per drink. They said drinks were part of all inclusive, and only the manager's intervention sorted it out. These situations make it seem the staff are still learning how the packages work. I think it may improve with time and implementation, but managers should take guest feedback seriously. The adult-only pool wasn't quiet because of loud entertainment and music from around 8:30 PM, when dinner ended, until 11 PM. With a small child, we couldn't open the balcony during that time. Staff could also be intrusive, especially the man who kept pestering us about massages and came back as soon as we sat by the pool. I hope the hotel keeps developing.
