Tui Blue Xanthe Resort&Spa Hotel

There was a wide range of tasty food, with enough variety to suit different tastes and appetites. Staff were very friendly and spoke German and English. All the areas, including our room, were cleaned daily, and towels were changed every day. We booked seven nights, from 4-11 September 2025. It was our first visit, and we were very happy with everything. It all met our expectations, and we’ll definitely come back.

The food and entertainment were good, and the restaurant staff were pleasant. Reception and housekeeping, though, gave us a bad experience. At reception, we were given misleading information about transport. Taxis weren’t the only option, as intercity buses and local minibuses were available too. We were also offered a supposed round-trip taxi “deal” from the hotel to Antalya for €130, but a regular metered taxi charged €54 for one way. The receptionist also said we didn’t need to exchange euros for TRL because euros were used everywhere. In reality, many places, including public buses, accepted only lira. Room cleaning took a very long time until we complained, and the cleaning itself was minimal, not enough for a stay of more than a week. Staff also entered my room despite the red DO NOT ENTER button being on. That should never happen, and it was extremely unprofessional. Rather than arguing with guests who give feedback, the hotel would benefit more from listening and using that feedback to improve its service.

We came back for a second stay at this relaxing hotel. The beach snack bar, cake at theas coffee shop and the fish restaurant’s Al a carte dinner were all good. There was a nice range of activities, and I especially enjoyed the aqua boards and aqua jump. I’d recommend it for a chilled holiday. Most guests were German, but that wasn’t a downside for us, and all the staff spoke English. This year the man working at the spa was a bit too pushy, which put us off getting a treatment.

The pool and beach were perfect for relaxing, and lunch at the beach bar was especially good. TUI BLUE Side was beautifully maintained, with clean, comfortable rooms replenished daily and a peaceful atmosphere throughout. What made the week feel so easy was the staff. Yilmaz at reception went out of his way to make sure we felt welcome and looked after. His kindness and professionalism really stood out, and we’re grateful for everything he did to make the holiday stress-free. The whole week felt like a dream. I’d recommend TUI BLUE Side for a relaxing break in a beautiful setting. Thanks to Yilmaz and the entire team. We’ll definitely be back!
