Our Family Room with Terrace had loads of space, with two proper bedrooms and plenty of room for a couple and three kids. The layout felt huge and really comfortable. We appreciated the Turkish breakfast and the warm, homely dining area. From reception to the kitchen, the staff were so friendly that it felt like everyone worked as one big family. The team replied quickly on WhatsApp from our first contact and sorted out what we needed, including extra fans and transportation. I compared transport prices and found theirs reasonable. They also arranged private transport at reasonable rates, which made planning each day easier. It was a relaxing stay at a nice, slow pace away from city life. Thanks for arranging the trip to Mount Erciyes, the kids got to enjoy the snow!

The location is hard to beat, and the lobby and rooms have magical views. We enjoyed the delicious daily breakfast and the kindness of the owner and all the staff. The cave experience is unique and a must. It’s only a 7 minute drive to the city center of Gerome, and you can take a beautiful stroll to the shops and panoramic city views from the highest point near the hotel. I highly recommend staying here.

The ladies were kind, attentive, and welcoming, and breakfast was exceptional. We had a wonderful stay at Kistar hotel in Cappadocia. Our accommodation was spacious, cosy, and warm, a perfect place to relax. The hotel is ideally located on the main road, with easy access to nearby attractions. It really made our experience and a special time even more memorable.

The people themselves were the highlight. I never expected to meet people with such warmth and kindness, and this has become one of my best memories. The landscape was astonishing, the food delicious, and the room clean. The location was perfect too. I stayed two nights with my family and only wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you all.
